Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Head of Regional Performance Maintenance, Cement to oversee maintenance operations across multiple regions in the US. The role aims to achieve cost leadership and sustainability by developing Safe, Sustainable, Successful, Self-Sufficient plants.

You will lead maintenance teams, drive CAPEX projects, and coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Supply Chain to improve plant performance. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in cement maintenance management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 15+ years of management experience in the cement or similar industrial facility
• Field of Study Preferred: Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment)
• International working experience (preferred)
• Experience in another industrial sector (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Leading a team of maintenance professionals.
• Leveraging Best-Cost Country sourcing strategies to optimize expenditures.
• Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
• Manage CAPEX approvals for plant initiatives.
