Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field sales team across the Northeast region. You will recruit, train, and coach Territory Managers, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth while maintaining high ethical standards.

The role requires extensive regional travel, remote coordination, and strong business acumen. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in cardiac/medical equipment sales are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in Cardiac and/or medical equipment sales.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Sales-model coaching experience (e.g. Challenger, SPIN) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for the assigned Region and implement sales programs.
• Analyze trends and report on regional performance.
• Lead and develop Territory Managers to improve performance.
• Travel frequently; work with key accounts to build relationships.
• Meet or exceed district revenue quotas and product positioning goals.
