Ascension Living is seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to direct program goals and align them with partnerships and business objectives. The role includes managing budgets, resources, and performance metrics while guiding a team of professionals toward excellence.

You will mentor staff, oversee liaison activities with internal teams and external partners, and drive ongoing development and success within a partially remote work arrangement.

• Clinical License preferred.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Project Mgmt Professional, preferred.
• Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
