Provide high-level administrative assistance by preparing accurate reports, forms, presentation materials, and professional correspondence, ensuring all written communications align with executive standards and organizational goals.
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and event schedules, resolving conflicts efficiently to optimize the executive's time and ensure seamless daily operations.
Prepare, process, and edit essential financial and operational information, creating detailed reports and project documentation that support informed leadership decision-making and accurate metric tracking.
Serve as the professional primary contact for visitors and inquiries, while attending key meetings to document proceedings, track follow-up action items, and ensure accountability across the leadership team.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
