Job summary

Ascension is seeking an experienced healthcare administration professional for Round Rock, TX, to lead development and execution of operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and values. You will direct daily operations, build partnerships, and drive efficiency to meet financial targets.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in leadership; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
