Job summary

Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin is seeking a seasoned executive to lead the Administration department. The role focuses on developing and implementing operational strategies in alignment with our mission and values across daily hospital operations.

You will formulate growth policies, oversee staffing, and drive efficiency to meet financial targets, while building strategic partnerships and affiliations within the health system.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of cumulative job-specific experience, including 4 years in leadership/management.
• Master’s Degree highly preferred for this leadership role.

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the organization's mission, vision and values.
• Formulate policies and strategic plans for future growth.
• Plan, direct and coordinate overall daily operations.
• Responsible for building relationships to establish partnerships and affiliations.
• Direct operational efficiency and improvement to meet financial targets and establish control systems for accountability.
• Collaborate to plan and organize staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, and educating in support of operational objectives.
