Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide the sales, project delivery, financial, operational, client, and people performance of an assigned region. This leader sets regional priorities, builds high-performing teams, strengthens client relationships, and helps the company grow.

The role reports to the COO and requires 15+ years of leadership in engineering/construction management with an emphasis on business development, delivery, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance across project delivery and client service teams.
• Identify performance risks and develop mitigation plans with the COO/CRO.
• Lead regional growth aligned with the company’s strategic plan and budgets.
• Develop and guide pursuits, proposals, scopes, pricing, and performance metrics.
• Develop key client contacts and promote cross-selling of services.
• Recruit, staff, and develop regional talent; plan succession and leadership development.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning and resource balance across the region.
