Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide sales, delivery, finances, operations, clients, and people performance within a designated region. Reporting to the COO, you will build teams, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth while aligning regional goals with company strategy.

The role emphasizes performance accountability, risk management, and collaboration across disciplines, with a hybrid home/office work model and regular travel to client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership in people, finance, sales, client service and delivery.
• Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive accountability.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with senior leaders, clients and employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching and decision-making skills.
• Commitment to Kennedy Jenks’ values of trust, service, integrity, diversity and inclusion.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and Professional Engineer license.
