Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required or closely related field.
• At least 15 years of industry experience with leadership in people, financial performance, sales, client service, and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead teams, set priorities, and drive accountability for business and operations results.
• Strong understanding of business development, project delivery, workforce planning, and financial management.
• Ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate with senior leaders, clients, and staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability to change and openness to dialogue to address concerns early.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance, risk, and coordination across project delivery and client service teams.
• Guide regional strategy, growth, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance on pursuits, proposals, scopes, pricing, budgets, and metrics.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Ensure profitable regional performance and compliance with laws, policies, and standards.
• Lead talent management including staffing, succession planning, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate workforce planning and resource sharing within the region and with other regions.
• Drive strategic growth and planning aligned with company goals.
