Trane Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region (VA, NC, SC). You will drive regional Ductless product sales growth, partnering with Account Managers to develop and execute sales strategies, and support residential customers, builders, engineers, and design-build contractors with ductless designs and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel throughout VA and NC.
• Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure and build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Drive regional Ductless product sales growth with account managers.
• Build consultative trust with residential customers and assist builders/engineers with ductless designs and code compliance.
• Deliver high-level technical product sales training and represent Trane at industry events.
• Monitor external market conditions including energy rebates and HVAC codes for VA and NC.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and mentor new associates.
