Job summary

Infinite Electronics, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to capitalize on opportunities in the southeastern region. You will evangelize Bulgin, L‑Com, and Miles‑Tek product lines, expand the distributor network, and drive direct and channel sales.

Based in the territory, you will plan and execute sales strategies, conduct joint customer visits, train distributors, manage quotations, samples and leads, and monitor distributor performance. Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background or 3 years’ electromechanical sales experience.
• Dynamic, self-motivated with energy to drive new sales.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in OEM, Independent Rep, and Distribution sales.
• Proven track record in generating sales and conducting joint calls with distributors.
• Strong time management and multi-project handling abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Proactive, autonomous, and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year sales growth in the territory with a steady pipeline and high close rate.
• Develop existing customer base and distribution sales using POS analytics and warm leads.
• Promote value proposition, grow SKUs in the portfolio, and generate new demand.
• Engage distributors and end users with training and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with marketing and report on distributor performance and quotes.
