Job summary

Murco is seeking a Company Sales Representative to grow our territory by visiting yards, job sites, and dealer locations. You will manage distributor, dealer, contractor, and builder accounts to drive demand for Murco's premium paint and wall products.

You will partner with inside sales and operations, forecast territory performance, and represent Murco at regional events. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in building materials or related industrial B2B.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Established relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, or specifiers.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory book of business and grow accounts.
• Spend time in the field visiting yards, job sites, and dealer locations.
• Service existing accounts to meet/exceed expectations and drive repeat orders.
• Build product and market expertise and provide market intelligence to leadership.
• Partner with inside sales, customer service, and operations to fulfill commitments.
