Qualifications
- HVAC industry knowledge and project management/estimating experience.
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Construction or Engineering Technology or related.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems and Temperature Controls.
- Understanding of industry standard protocol for integration is a plus.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network architecture is beneficial.
- Experience with CAD and electrical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Design commercial comfort control and automation systems.
- Review contract documents and prepare submittals.
- Create installation drawings and sequences of operations for installations.
- Conduct on-site surveys to determine controls solutions.
- Transition documents to field and service teams.
- Assist with cost estimates and wiring/programming during startup.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow engineering standards.
