Value Windows & Doors Inc. seeks a high-performing Builder / Tract Homes Sales Manager to lead and expand our production-builder sales channel across the Southwest. This is a strategic leadership role focused on builder relationships, major accounts, and guiding a team supporting large homebuilders nationwide.

Location preference is California-based with significant regional travel. The role requires 7+ years outside sales in building products, strong relationships with decision-makers, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years outside sales in windows/doors/building materials or related
• Minimum 4 years selling to production builders or general contractors
• Existing relationships with purchasing/construction decision-makers at major builders
• Experience reading architectural plans and performing takeoffs
• Strong understanding of builder bidding, community rollouts and pricing

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with purchasing managers, construction managers, and executives at major homebuilders
• Prospect and manage builder opportunities from bid stage through community close-out
• Present Value's Builder Series offerings to regional/national builders
• Negotiate master purchase agreements and pricing
• Lead community-level bidding, plan takeoffs, options matrix, and pricing strategy
• Coordinate product releases, deliveries, and issue resolution for jobsites
• Attend regional/national builder events (NAHB Show, local events)
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and customer activity in Salesforce
• Provide market intelligence to Product Management and R&D
• Support other duties and special projects as needed
