Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 5 years' construction industry experience with products and services.
• 3 years Simpson Strong-Tie knowledge of products and solutions.
• Sales and account management experience with proven growth.
• Strong presentation skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to build and sustain productive customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in the builder community and drive relationships with builders, contractors, and industry partners.
• Develop and promote builder workshops, training, and education programs.
• Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and monitor market trends.
• Mentor and train field sales reps on builder-focused initiatives and software solutions.
