Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Regional Builder Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with builders and contractors across the Midwest region, including OH, IN, MN, and IL. You will drive builder program adoption, coordinate workshops, and train field staff on software and technology offerings.

The role requires building a strong network, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple activities while meeting customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 5 years' construction industry experience with products and services.
• 3 years Simpson Strong-Tie knowledge of products and solutions.
• Sales and account management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and industry partners.
• Represent the company within the builder community; conduct regular meetings.
• Lead builder workshops, training, and customer education programs.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to deliver Builder Program training.
• Maintain accurate customer data in Salesforce.
• Educate and train Territory Managers on builder software and technology offerings.
