Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie seeks a Regional Builder Manager to cultivate relationships with builders and contractors across the Midwest Territory. You will promote our products, system solutions, software, and training resources to national and regional builders, contractors, and subcontractors.

The role includes implementing and expanding the Builder Program within the branch territory and beyond. You will mentor the sales team, maintain a robust customer database, and stay current on builder software

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong communication and field sales skills.
• Experience in construction industry and working with builders/contractors.
• Knowledge of builder programs and software solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, and industry partners.
• Promote Simpson products, system solutions, software, and services; provide training resources.
• Implement and enhance the Builder Program across the territory; maintain a contacts database.
• Mentor field sales reps to become trusted industry advisors.
