Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is seeking a Regional Builder Manager to develop relationships with builders, contractors, and subcontractors across the branch territory. You will raise awareness of Simpson products, software, and services and drive builder program initiatives.

You will mentor and train field sales reps, coordinate builder workshops, and document customer updates in Salesforce while collaborating with software teams on offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; four-year college or university.
• 5+ years in construction industry with products/services.
• Fluent in residential construction practices and distribution channels.
• Strong knowledge of project workflow from architect/engineer to contractor.
• 3+ years knowledge of Simpson Strong-Tie products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company within the builder community and construction industry.
• Conduct regular meetings with builders and contractors to understand business needs.
• Develop builder workshops, trainings, and educational programs.
