Job summary

Simpson Strong-Tie is a leading provider of engineered structural connectors, software, and solutions for the building industry, with a Midwest-focused branch network.

The Regional Builder Manager will develop relationships with builders, contractors, and industry partners across OH, IN, MN, and IL, lead builder workshops, and promote the company’s training resources and software solutions. Travel up to 60% is expected to support local and regional builders and ensure program success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in construction sales or related field.
Strong knowledge of residential housing and distribution channels.
Experience in builder sales and program management.

Responsibilities

Represent Simpson Strong-Tie in builder community and industry partnerships.
Develop and promote builder workshops and training programs.
Document calls and meetings in Salesforce and coordinate with Territory Managers.
Mentor and train sales team on builder-focused tools and software.
