Job summary

Better Health Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Manager, Regional Broker Relations to lead a team of Broker Liaisons across an assigned region, building arm’s-length relationships with brokers, independent agents, and FMOs to educate them about the quality of patient care.

You will ensure growth metrics, maintain compliance with AKS and CMS marketing guidelines, and act as the regional escalation point for compliance questions, partnering with the Director, Field Marketing and the compliance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Broker Liaisons with clear performance expectations.
• Provide ongoing training on AKS requirements and CMS marketing rules.
• Ensure broker interactions comply with regulatory standards and documentation.
• Establish escalation protocols for broker events and compliance concerns.
• Onboard and train new Broker Liaisons and cover territory gaps as needed.
• Collaborate with FMOs and broker networks on compliant educational outreach.
