Job summary

Associa in Bedford, NH is seeking a Branch President of Operations to lead multiple branches across NH, VT, and MA. You will partner with executives, drive budgets, and mentor branch leadership to improve employee and client experiences while ensuring financial profitability through Balanced Scorecards.

You will oversee branch agreements, reporting, internal controls, compliance with laws, and hiring/firing of senior staff, shaping strategy and cross-branch collaboration at the enterprise level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of continuous leadership experience in property management or related service field.
• Ability to relate effectively with Boards of Directors, community members, vendors and employees.
• Ability to provide effective leadership, direction, and team building.
• Demonstrated strong talent management skills and development of subordinates.
• Ability to think and plan strategically and tactically.
• Support and guidance in marketing and sales for key strategic accounts.
• Strong interpersonal skills including patience, persistence, and flexibility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read homeowner association documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Partners with company executive leaders to plan objectives and coordinate functions across branches.
• Leads the cascaded branch management planning, including budgeting.
• Drives performance in employee experience, client experience, and financial profitability via Balanced Scorecards.
• Oversees the branch management agreement renewal process.
• Prepares branch reports and financial statements; adjusts plans to meet objectives.
• Ensures timely accounts receivable collections and strengthens internal controls.
• Educates branch teams on company policies, procedures, and laws.
• Provides motivational mentoring and coaching to branch teams.
• Evaluates performance and handles hiring/firing of branch executives.
• Serves on executive committees and supervises multiple departments (Operations, Services, Communications, Marketing, Maintenance).
