Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–7 years related experience.
• 1–4 years successful sales experience.
• 1–4 years management experience.
• CDL may be required.
• Clean and insurable driving record.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations including production, routes, and staff.
• Review financial, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and cost efficiency.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and budgets for the branch.
• Plan and direct sales promotions and pricing strategies.
• Monitor budgets and ensure service quality to customers.
• Develop future leaders and maximize profitability.
