Job summary

CBX Solutions LLC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and direct operations across multiple branch offices in the Texas region. You will monitor sales activity, drive profitability, and ensure branches meet revenue goals while leading a team of managers and staff.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with commercial contractors, maintaining strong customer relations, and reporting to senior management to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in distribution management or related building materials is required.
• Experience in commercial doors, frames, hardware preferred.
• Experience managing a branch preferred.
• 5+ years of direct management experience required.
• Prior experience interacting with contractors and industry professionals required.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook usage.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between CBX Solutions and area branches by visiting and engaging with management and staff.
• Assigns, trains, and directs managers and employees within branches.
• Monitors branch profitability and ensures revenue goals.
• Oversees branch operations and cost controls across departments.
• Drives sales growth, maintains strong customer relations and solves problems.
• Manages branch P&L and coordinates with senior management to grow market share.
