LPL Financial in the United States seeks a senior leader to support financial advisors in the Linsco channel, driving profitability across branches. The role requires strong understanding of the W2 advisor model and leadership across a growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will build advisor relationships, recruit and transition teams to LPL, and balance growth with sustainable profitability while guiding strategic execution and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of branch experience in leadership, operations, or administration.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensing: Series 7, 66, 9 and 10.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
• Maintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Supporting the recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Chanel. Helping transition the new teams to LPL.
• Building and maintaining strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability.
