Job summary

LPL Financial in Kentucky seeks a senior leader to support financial advisors in the Linsco employee channel, driving profitability and regional growth across multi-branch operations. The role requires deep W2 advisor model understanding and proven branch leadership.

The incumbent will partner with advisors to grow the business, retain top talent, and recruit new teams to LPL, while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring a high-performance, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of branch leadership experience in a manager/operations role.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensing: Series 7, 66, 9, and 10.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth strategies.
• Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support recruitment of advisors by communicating the mission and vision of the Employee Channel; help transition teams to LPL.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model.
