Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior Branch Leader to support the Linsco employee channel, guiding growth and profitability across multiple offices. The role requires deep knowledge of the W2 advisor model and collaboration with financial professionals to enhance client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive branch leadership experience, relevant FINRA licenses, and a proven track record in recruiting and integrating new teams within wealth management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of branch experience in a role such as branch manager, branch operations/service, or branch administration.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses are required.
• 10+ years of financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
• Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support recruitment of advisors by communicating the mission and vision of the Employee Chanel; help transition new teams to LPL.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model.
