Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Field Leader to support and empower Commonwealth professionals in achieving their success. This role will serve as a key leader in supporting financial advisors within our independent employee channel, including driving profitability of a region expanding to multiple branches.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience with the W2 advisor model, succession planning, and a proven track record of recruiting and integrating teams into LPL.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of branch experience in branch management, operations, or administration.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses.
• 10+ years in financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
• Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Channel; help transition new teams to LPL.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability of the model.
