LPL Financial is seeking a senior leader to support financial advisors in the Linsco employee channel, driving profitability as the region grows across multiple branches. The role requires deep W2 advisor model expertise and a track record of scalable team leadership.

The ideal candidate will partner with advisors to drive growth, maintain high retention, and recruit teams aligned with the firm's mission, while balancing profitability and client outcomes across a expanding network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of branch management, operations or administration experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 licenses are required.
• 10+ years in financial services experience.
• Willingness to travel to branch offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with advisors to create and implement business growth.
• Maintain high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support recruitment of advisors by selling them on the mission and vision of the Employee Chanel.
• Build and maintain strong advisor relationships while balancing profitability.
