Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a Senior AVP, Associate Regional Branch Director to lead and coach financial advisors within your region, driving growth and advisor satisfaction. This role partners with internal teams to promote growth initiatives and implement frameworks that simplify business operations.

You will travel to branch offices, recruit meetings, and guide teams through lifecycle stages from growth to succession, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with LPL's

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 7,66 (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
• 3+ years of experience as a branch manager or related field-based sales role
• Ability to travel visiting branch offices and recruit meetings
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain deep advisor relationships while maintaining high advisor retention and satisfaction.
• Support growth aspirations of advisors/teams through coaching; execute on sales strategy to drive growth within your region.
• Strategize and execute on teaming and succession planning opportunities, including identifying successors and merging teams with similar practices.
• Partner with the sales organization to recruit advisors by educating them on the mission and benefits of joining your region.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal partners to increase awareness/adoption of tools and resources (e.g., financial planning, advisory, high net worth services)
• Help drive outsized growth in Same Store Sales, Net New Assets, and client satisfaction scores (NPS).
• Support the acclimation of new advisors/teams to the LPL Independent Advisor Network.
