• Minimum 3 years of outside direct sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop account sales plans for target accounts with Manager.
• Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business.
• Conduct sales calls and follow-up with accounts independently and with staff.
• Lead on identified target accounts and create the account plan.
• Partner with staff to enhance product knowledge to close sales.
• Support driving sales closure and shorten the sales cycle.
• Analyze customer needs to apply products and services appropriately.
• Establish contacts through local networking and events.
• Record all business activity in the company database and reports.
