BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Regional Business Director to drive regional performance in the Northeast US, with responsibility for the P&L. You will hire, lead and coach Rare Disease Specialists, and strategize to exceed regional goals.

Lead regional plans, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to promote BioCryst products while aligning with brand strategies. Strong communication and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Leadership experience in rare disease is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Exceed goals and objectives for the region and manage P&L.
• Hire, lead, mentor and develop Rare Disease Specialists.
• Develop and execute a regional business plan and budget.
• Collaborate with commercial and project management teams.
• Build relationships with key customers within the region.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate policies.
