Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven biotech/pharmaceutical sales leadership experience, especially in rare diseases or complex sales cycles.
• Significant travel and proximity to a major airport are ideal.

Responsibilities

• Exceed regional goals and objectives and drive P&L for the Great Lakes region.
• Lead, coach and develop Rare Disease Specialists in the region.
• Develop regional business plans and manage budget activities.
• Collaborate with commercial and project management to promote BioCryst products.
