Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an Associate Market Development Manager for Biosciences to drive regional marketing plans supporting the Bioscience sales team. You will coordinate with Global Market Development, Marketing Operations, Product Management, and Commercial Sales to implement integrated programs that meet revenue and portfolio goals.
This onsite role requires a life sciences background and 2+ years in marketing, with strong analytical and communications skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with 2+ years in marketing.
- Understanding of demand/lead generation and marketing planning.
- Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop tactical action plans for growth.
- Develop messaging and tools communicating value via sales, digital marketing, and distribution.
- Achieve sales and market goals; present detailed analyses of business performance.
- Provide Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Sales feedback to optimize positioning.
