Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the North American Northeast field sales team for Process Solutions, driving strategy, coaching a sales force, and ensuring achievement of revenue and profit targets. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize opportunities in biopharma and pharmaceutical accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in pharma/biopharma sales or related field.
• 7+ years sales/commercial experience in pharma/biopharma.
• 3+ years people leadership and management experience.
• Strong financial, contracting acumen and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and implement sales strategy aligned with Process Solutions.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
• Deliver forecasts and manage the sales budget and expenses.
