Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Drive growth in the fast-growing bioprocessing industry by leading sales efforts across a designated territory and managing key distributor partnerships. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering revenue growth through both direct sales and channel partners.

This role combines business development, account management, distributor leadership, and market strategy. You'll work closely with biopharmaceutical manufacturers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders, helping customers solve critical process challenges with innovative Pendotech solutions.

What You'll Do

• Grow sales through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Lead and develop distributor sales teams to maximize regional performance.
• Execute territory and account growth strategies.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM activities.
• Represent Pendotech at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences background preferred
• Sales experience in laboratory, scientific, industrial, or education markets
• Strong understanding of the bioprocessing industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence others, and work collaboratively
  Experience with CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce) and MS Office
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
