Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking a Regional Billing Specialist Assistant to support project financial operations across multiple regional offices in a fully remote capacity. You will collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate project setup, timely invoicing, and adherence to client billing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of billing experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Deltek Vision or Deltek Vantagepoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of billing experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for one-on-one and small group settings.
• Experience with Deltek Vision, Deltek Vantagepoint, or other project-based accounting systems is strongly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Billing Specialist with daily project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable activities across multiple regions.
• Support timely and accurate preparation and processing of client invoices, including email and portal submissions.
• Maintain project setup and invoicing instructions and ensure client-specific billing requirements are followed.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities by reviewing aging reports and tracking outstanding invoices.
• Crosstrain in key Regional Billing Specialist responsibilities to build knowledge and prepare for future career growth within the accounting team.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

This position partners closely with members of accounting teams to ensure accurate project setup, timely invoicing, compliance with client billing requirements.

• Assist Regional Billing Specialist with daily project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable activities across multiple regions.
• Support Regional Billing Specialists in the timely and accurate preparation and processing of client invoices, including email and portal submissions.
• Maintain project setup and invoicing instructions and ensure client-specific billing requirements are followed.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities by reviewing aging reports, tracking outstanding invoices, and supporting collection efforts to help achieve company DSO targets.
• Crosstrain in key Regional Billing Specialist responsibilities to build knowledge and prepare for future career growth opportunities within the accounting team.
• Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates must possess at minimum, the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of billing experience.
• High School graduate. Associates or Bachelors preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Experience with Deltek Vision, Deltek Vantagepoint, or other project-based accounting systems strongly preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
