Responsibilities

• Audit and reconcile billing accounts to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Review carrier invoices and client billing for discrepancies.
• Maintain high data integrity in billing systems and Excel.
• Identify and propose process improvements to reduce errors.
• Provide timely responses to internal and external inquiries about billing.
• Support month-end close processes and reporting as needed.
