Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to retain and grow an assigned book of existing customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will work in-market with buyers and decision-makers, using data to identify opportunities and drive growth across our beverage and related product portfolio. The role emphasizes SKU expansion, cross-sell, and wallet-share growth, with travel to assigned accounts and close collaboration with the Regional Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2–4 years of account management, sales, or related experience with a track record of retaining/growing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic IT skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across an assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• A valid driver's license and personal auto insurance as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders at each account and direct energy accordingly.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio using Power BI to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use customer-facing materials and product tools to lead growth conversations.
• Develop and execute account growth plans identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Present new products and innovations in the context of each customer’s business.
