Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Atlanta, GA, to retain and grow an assigned book of existing customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will deepen relationships with buyers and decision-makers, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive measurable growth across our product portfolio. The role requires 2–4 years in account management or related sales, with proficiency in Power BI and MS Office, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
• 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or related role.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers and decision-makers.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio using data to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present new products and innovations in the context of each customer's business.
