Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Florida to retain and grow an existing book of customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality. You will deepen relationships with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers, using data-driven insights to drive growth across our portfolio.

You'll travel within the territory, present new products, and develop account growth plans leveraging Power BI and our beverage offerings to expand SKU penetration and gross profit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• 2-4 years in account management or sales with a track record of retaining/growing customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to travel across an assigned territory, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with your accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders at each account and target energy toward decisions.
• Drive SKU expansion across our portfolio using Power BI to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Use customer-facing materials and seasonal offerings to lead growth conversations.
• Develop and execute account growth plans identifying upsell, cross-sell, and wallet-share opportunities.
• Present new products and innovations in the context of each customer’s business.
