Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in Kansas City, MO to retain and grow an assigned book of existing customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will spend time with buyers and decision-makers, using data to spot opportunities and turn them into measurable growth across our beverage portfolio. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in account management or sales, proficiency in Power BI and MS Office,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; equivalent combined education and account management experience may be considered.
• Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office required; strong data-driven selling approach.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills with customers across healthcare, senior living, and hospitality.

Mansioni

• Be in market with accounts regularly, maintaining in-person presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders at each account to understand influences and decisions; direct energy effectively.
• Drive SKU expansion across our portfolio using Power BI to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and execute account growth plans to identify upsell, cross-sell, and wallet-share opportunities.
• Present new products and innovations in the context of each customer's business.
