Job summary

Royal Cup, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Miami area to retain and expand an existing list of customers across Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You will deepen relationships with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers, leveraging data to identify opportunities and deliver measurable growth across our coffee, tea, and related products. You will drive SKU expansion, present new products and seasonal offerings, and develop account growth plans focused on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
• 2–4 years in account management, sales, or related role with track record of growing accounts.
• Proficiency in data/reporting tools (Power BI) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be in market with accounts, maintaining in-person presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders, identify influencers vs decision-makers, allocate effort accordingly.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio and identify gaps/opportunities using Power BI.
• Use customer-facing materials and innovation concepts to lead growth conversations.
• Develop and execute account growth plans for upsell, cross-sell, and wallet-share.
• Present new products and ideas to position Royal Cup and Farmer Brothers as a beverage partner.
