Royal Cup, Inc. is hiring a Regional Account Manager in the San Diego area to retain and grow an assigned customer book in Healthcare, Senior Living, Food & Beverage, and Hospitality.

You’ll deepen relationships with buyers and decision-makers, leveraging data to identify opportunities and drive growth across our portfolio. The role requires 2–4 years in account management, strong Power BI and MS Office proficiency, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field required.
• 2–4 years in account management, sales, or related role with retention/growth track.
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data/reporting tools.
• Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience (C4C preferred).
• Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-market presence with buyers, GMs, and F&B decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders and direct energy to influencers and deciders.
• Drive SKU expansion across the portfolio using data-driven insights.
• Use materials and concepts to lead structured growth conversations.
• Develop and execute growth plans for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Present products and innovations to customers as a beverage/menu partner.
