Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Group in the Southeast.

This role supports our growing Southeast presence by collaborating with client service managers to develop client solutions and effective pursuit strategies. You will craft marketing content, manage proposals, maintain CRM opportunities, and contribute to branding across conferences, articles, and social media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
• 5+ years' experience in a professional services environment
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals
• Excellent verbal and written communications, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software such as Deltek Vision
• Graphic design capabilities and experience with Adobe Photoshop are a plus
• Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the industry and markets the firm serves
• Research and gather information on potential clients and projects
• Assist with marketing plan development to meet firmwide goals
• Assist with developing strategic initiatives for the firm
• Coordinate and track business development opportunities via CRM
• Maintain an understanding of clients, staff relationships, and client needs
• Work with technical staff and proposal specialists to develop pursuit strategies and content for proposals and statements of qualifications
• Write content for resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and other marketing and pursuit language
• Coordinate with marketing staff to identify external brand enhancement opportunities (conferences, presentations, articles, awards, social media)
• Coordinate with administrative staff for organization affiliations, memberships, and sponsorships
