Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Group in the Southeast.

You will support client service managers, develop compelling sales and marketing materials, and help shape pursuit strategies across the Southeast, leveraging internal capabilities to win projects. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with technical staff and proposal specialists, writing content, and tracking opportunities via CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• 5+ years’ experience preferred in professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and client needs assessment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industry and market knowledge for the firmy served.
• Research potential clients and projects; assist with marketing plan development.
• Develop strategic initiatives and pursuit strategies with client service managers.
• Create compelling content for proposals, resumes, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with marketing/communications to identify brand enhancement opportunities.
