Job summary

Pressed Cafe is seeking a Regional Barista Trainer to ensure a consistent guest experience across all cafés. The role involves frequent travel to multiple locations, leading onboarding, and elevating barista skills—from espresso dialing to latte art—while maintaining hospitality standards and supporting new seasonal menus.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of barista experience, strong coffee knowledge, and excellent coaching abilities, with a willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of barista experience with leadership or training preferred.
• Strong coffee knowledge and passion for café culture.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel regularly between Pressed Café locations to train and coach baristas.
• Lead new-hire onboarding and ongoing skill development.
• Teach dialing in espresso, latte art, and drink execution.
• Coach teams on guest experience and hospitality standards.
• Support rollout of new seasonal menus with hands-on training and materials.
• Develop training guides and resources; collaborate on beverage menu development.
