Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and promote beverages and merch while maintaining brand standards.

Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, food safety, and teamwork. The role supports store operations and visual merchandising, requiring flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks.
• Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems.
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement: Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences.
• Product knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of menu, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage.
• Selling skills: Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited items.
• Visual standards: Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Operational excellence: Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens.
• Team collaboration: Work with team members to solve problems and share selling strategies.
