Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated and able to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).

Responsibilities

• Skillfully prepare specialty coffee, tea, and beverages to Ascension standards.
• Deliver hospitality and guest service at the highest level.
• Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment and basic issues.
• Expand knowledge in specialty coffee, tea, alcohol, and hospitality.
• Receive and apply feedback effectively and demonstrate adaptability.
• Build strong connections with teammates across skill levels.
• Communicate clearly to inspire and align teams.
• Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through interactions.
