Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new regional banking customers and manage ongoing relationships for portfolios worth $2M to $50M in annual sales.

You will work with bankers to gather documents, coordinate due diligence, support cross-sell activities, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through a relationship plan/model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 additional years of sales in financial services or credit environment.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
• Excellent customer service, highly motivated, goal oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist bankers in managing a portfolio of customers with $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.
• Coordinate the due diligence and document gathering for new and renewal loans; ensure timely renewals.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage Relationship Plans for each customer with bankers and partners.
• Handle post-loan requests and resolve service issues.
