Huntington National Bank seeks a Regional Banking Sales and Service Coordinator to onboard new regional customers and manage ongoing relationships for portfolios ranging from $2 million to $50 million in annual sales.

The role emphasizes cross-sell opportunities, timely renewals, and exceptional customer experience under a structured relationship plan/model. Collaboration with bankers and partners is essential to deliver seamless banking solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years of sales in financial services/credit required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in financial services or credit environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist bankers in managing portfolios of customers with $2M–$50M in annual sales.
• Coordinate due diligence and document gathering for new loans and renewals.
• Ensure renewals are completed in a timely manner.
• Pipeline management and client relationship maintenance.
• Collect required financial statements from customers on time.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and quality service.
• Coordinate with bankers to prepare Relationship Plans for each customer.
• Manage NSF/OD items and coordinate resolutions with bankers and customers.
• Handle post-loan requests such as advances, payments, payoff, and research.
• Research and resolve service and operational issues related to deposits and credit accounts.
• Assist customers with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms.
• Ensure regional banking incidents are reported to the Incident team for suspected fraud.
• Connect customers to teams for recommended bank products.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identify, assess, and manage risk per policy and procedure.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new SSC colleagues.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2 years of sales in financial services/credit
